– Transaction structuring as Holding Company as SPV Levels and term sheet negotiation.
– Proficiency in Financial Modelling
– Networking with Investment Bankers
– Setting up and Managing processes for efficient internal coordination and overall functioning
– Mentoring Associates in Skill development
