A well reputed company is looking for a maintenance officer for their commercial complex at Rajagiriya, for coordination & carrying out the regular maintenance work with the service providers, in following fields, such as Air conditioning, Power and Electrical, Water supply wastewater, Drainage & Plumbing systems Telephone & Data systems,CCTV & security systems, coordination with janitorial services.
The applicant should be with 5-7 years’ experience in relevant fields. The technical qualifications for
the MEP fields will be more convenient.
