Junior Executive – HR
The ideal candidate should possess the following prerequisites:
• Professional qualification in Human Resources Management from a recognized institution (Fully/ Part qualified)
• Should possess minimum 1 year work experience in HR.
• Dynamic individuals with smart & outgoing personality with high self-motivation and people handling skills
• Excellent computer literacy with MS Office package is essential
• Fluency in English / Sinhala and ability to converse in Tamil would be an added advantage.
• Good presentation skills, negotiation skills and analytical skills
• Be a team player
• Capacity to accept responsibilities
