It Support Associate / Executive
Requirments:
– Solid understanding of LAN/WAN technologies.
– Investigate user problems, identify source and determine possible solutions.
– Install, Configure and maintain personal computers.
– Trouble Shooting networks systems and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties.
– Excellent spoken English Language skills.
– Willingness to work on shift basis (24/7)
– Ability to reflect the image and standards of our client.
– Residing within Colombo City limits.
– Age below 30 years
