Requirements:
– A degree in Business Administration or Human Resource
– Minimum 4 year experience in a similar capacity
-Direct all hiring and induction for new employees
– Design and assess all Training and Development programs
– Understand and adhere to ail related labor low
– Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal & written)
– Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
– Self-motivated individual with a commitment to deliver a high level of customer service
(Internally & externally)
– Ability to multitask, results driven and committed to high standards of excellence.
Administrative Assistant:
– Education qualifications up to GCE A/L
– Computer literacy
– Good communication skills
– Age between 22 to 30 years
