Human Resource Executive (Sri Lanka)

Duties & Responsibilities:
– Control & maintain the Absenteeism & LTO of the shift up to the KPI level.
– Fulfill the cadre requirements on time and maintain direct present cadre up to the KP! level.
– Confirm employee satisfaction.
– Initiate motivation activities for worker level.
– Responsible for all other HR operational activities of the shift.
Qualifications:
– Degree/ Diploma or equivalent qualification in HRM from recognized institute.
– Minimum 5 year experience in HR field and 2 year experience in Executive level
– Experience in Apparel manufacturing field is a definite advantage.
– Ability of work independently.
– Ability of work under pressure.
The remuneration package will be attractive and negotiable.
