Cinnovation Group is a global Company owning and managing 88 hotels under 8 brands in 63 destinations. It currently manages 15 properties in Sri Lanka under its hospitality arm – Zinc Hotels and Resorts Lanka (Pvt) Ltd.
We are looking for a,
General Manager “Mandira Boutique – Bungalows” Hatton / Dick Oya
The Right candidate should have:-
• A pleasing personality with good communication skills.
• A passion for working in a tea plantation environment, with the ability to create and maintain a vibrant hill country experience together with a series of related activities.
• An innovative ability to engage with the guests and facilitate indoor and outdoor activities such as Trekking, Mountain climbing, mountain biking, bird watching and tea plantation & factory visits etc.
• The necessary proficiency and talent, including interpersonal skills to ensure guests have an experience beyond expectations.
• Have a Degree/Diploma from a recognised Hospitality Management Institute.
• A minimum 5 years of experience as Residence Manager/Department Manager/Assistant Manager at an established Resort hotel/Boutique hotel/Plantation bungalow/Destination camp/Activity centre.
• A thorough knowledge of English and Sinhala whilst being conversant in Tamil would be an added advantage.
• Preferable Age Group: 35-50 years
The Selected Candidate will be responsible for:-
• Consistently maintaining and further developing the ‘Zinc Journey’ Experience and quality in all the relevant properties.
• Overall operation of the three Bungalows
• Reporting to the Chief Operating Office of the Company and liaising with the Sales/Marketing team in Colombo.
Remuneration Package is negotiable based on qualification and experience and will include a company- maintained vehicle with a fuel allowance together with a furnished bungalow in Hatton/Dick Oya.
