We are on the lookout for a Front Desk Coordinator for our client company located in Colombo 04The selected candidate will be responsible to attend to all walk-in customer queries and transaction and other customer related activities
Requirements
Female candidates with age below 30 years
Excellent in English is a must with Sinhala is essential (Tamil being an added advantage)
Minimum 01 year and above experience in similar capacity
Computer literacy
Good PR skills and capable handling of correspondence
Possess an aptitude for customer service
Excellent listening , problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure
Selected candidate should be willing to work on Saturday
Should reside within Colombo radius for easy commute
Salary is negotiable and will commensurate with qualifications and experience to the right candidate
