TSING TAO – Chinese Seafood FINE DINING Restaurant is located at Race Course Promenade on Reid Avenue, Cinnamon Gardens, Colombo 07. We have opened a whole new chapter on Fine Dining Culture in Colombo with 5 Star Class Ambience, Exceptional Cuisine and Unmatched Service. The Chefs are flown in from China.

We have the following position:

Restaurant Manager Male / Female

Qualifications:

– All candidates MUST posses at least 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager.
– Must be below 45 years.
– Attractive salary package based on prior experience/skills and personal achievements.
– All candidates must forward prior experience certificates.
– Previous experience in 5 Star Class Hotels /Restaurants locally or overseas will added advantage.
– Must be very fluent in English. Ability to speak Chinese is an advantage.
– Computer literacy is a must
– Must be 100% customer focused/oriented with ability to retain customers and increase the numbers
– Must have skills to improve turnover and achieve targets
– Must be responsible for high standards of food and restaurant hygiene plus inventory and stocks.
