Executive – Human Resources
Job Overview:
The ideal candidate should be a result oriented, dynamic professional having Wong desire to succeed in a competitive market place. Responsible for unprovmg and maintaining HR practices related to OR operations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Ensure all employee movements (confirmations. promotion. increments etc.) take place in a timely and orderly manner.
• Maintain & update the company HRIS system.
• Provide administrative support in Human Resource daily operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Degree Professional Qualification from a recognized Institute.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a reputed organization covering all aspects of Human Resources Management.
• Fair knowledge in labour law.
• Prior exposure in handling hSenid system would be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizing and interpersonal skills with the ability to converse with different levels in the hierarchy.
