Ecommerce Customer Service Representative (Colombo)

We are looking to add an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative to our Team at Onestop.lk
We are an all hand on deck work environment and you will have a daily set of tasks that stays constant. But there is always be something new happening. We need an individual who is very detail oriented, a fast learner and can own the back end of a Website, as far as a customer service and order integrity is concerned.
Think of it as running a virtual retail store. You will be the point person for our ecommerce customers.
This job will support the Onestop.lk Operations with daily sales and customers service task.
Regularly answer customer’s inquiries by phone, Chat and E-mail Attend to walk-in Customers
Required Skills:
* Excellent critical and practical skills in writing and general communications.
* To be able to converse in English / Sinhalese (Tamil will be added advantage)
* Able to develop strong collaborative relationships.
* Comfortable engaging with customers in a variety of service situations
* Capable if professionally and patiently serving.
* Must work efficiently in a fast paced, Fluctuation environment, possessing strong organizations skill and the ability to multitask and prioritize successfully.
* Proficiency in MS Office Including Excel.
