Job Profile:
• Accurate interpretation, compilation, and entering of data in the computer system.
• Work well under tight deadlines, heavy workloads with a high degree of individual responsibility.
• Willingness to work different time zones and rosters. (During the weekends when necessary)
• Professionally handle incoming calls, assists customers, handle in-person customer queries and perform internal and external reporting arrangements.
• Associates with client’s busines models and systems & providing them necessary support services.
Candidate Profile:
• Exceptional MS Office knowledge and PC skills, be proficient with numbers and have a fair typing speed.
• Good knowledge in using of internet and search engines.
• Capable of multi-tasking and willing to work in any position when required Be motivated and driven to overcome challenges and achieve results, as if you own the company
• Fair Knowledge of business management will be a definite advantage.
• Be between 18-26 years of age.
• Similar experience in the same capacity would be an added advantage.
