JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
– Ability to carry out given tasks independently with minimum supervision
– Would be accountable for collecting payments
– Verify relevant documents prior ta acceptance and collection of release payments
– Operate receipting system, scanners, printers, and credit card/debit card terminals
– Collect cash from Field Officer/ Customer and deposit accurately complying with Company guidelines and practices.
– Handle petty cash accurately and maintain records.
– Record all transactions timely and accurately according to Company guidelines and practices.
– Ensure smooth back-office operation of the division while adhering to taid down Company policies, procedures, and practices.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE:
– Preference will be given to those who possess full or part qualification in AAT or similar Accountancy course.
– Knowledge of MS Office and the ability to work in a computerized working environment would be added advantage.
– Being successful at GCE Advanced Level preferable in the commerce stream.
– Willingness to work long hours.
– Minimum 02 years of experience in a similar capacity.
– Ability to work under pressure if required.
– Preferably female candidate, age below 30.
– Applicants who residing proximity to the Kadawatha area will be preferred.
