PalVision Corporation, a Singapore based company, with over 30 years experience in delivering hospitality technology solutions regionally and internationally, is seeking aggressive personnel to join our dynamic team as:
Business Development Manager (Hospitality)
As a Sales Manager (Hospitality), you will be responsible for developing and managing the annual sales plan and the overall business. You will increase market share, drive revenue targets, appoint channel partners and build relationships with hotel clients and non-clients alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with management and responsible for meeting sales targets, account management, and penetrating new markets in the region
• Build and maintain close relationships with key clients and maintain direct contacts with key client’s representatives
• Increase brand awareness of PalVision
• Review existing products and services in order to achieve business targets and customer satisfaction
• Continually evaluate competitor activity and changes in market conditions to ensure PalVision is best positioned at all times and new business opportunities are identified
• Keep current with technological developments within the industry
Requirements:
– You are a highly motivated and charismatic individual with a strong drive and enthusiasm for sales.
– You have key / major contacts in the hospitality industry and would like to utilize/translate the same into business opportunities.
– You further have at least 3 years experience in hospitality sales or otherwise have hospitality work experience.
– You will also possess the following:
• University degree in IT, Marketing, Hospitality & Tourism or equivalent
• Good understanding of hospitality technology systems such as PMS, Broadband, IPTV, Digital Signage, Mobile Applications, etc.
• Strong sales forecasting and reporting skills; able to handle all leads thoroughly & promptly and ensure timely follow ups
• Confidence and success in presenting to multiple levels of management
• High level of interpersonal skills including persuasive and influencing skills
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Mandarin/Cantonese/Macanese has added advantage
