Currently we are looking to fill the following position.
Business Analyst
Experience and Qualifications:
– BSc Degree in Business in IT or BA in Business Administration/Management
– 2+ years of industry experience in a similar capacity
– Experience working on Agile projects would be an added advantage
Skills and Personal Characteristics:
– Good understanding of Internet technologies and IT concepts
– Good understanding of testing strategies and usability requirements for web applications
– Ability to work within tight deadlines and work under minimal supervision
– Ability to take responsibility and ownership of projects and communicate with product owners effectively
– Excellent in spoken and written English
– Good in documentation
You will join and work with an experienced team of Business Analysts. You will gradually take over the
responsibilities in assigned projects, including; client communication, requirement gathering and analysis, documentation, prototype designing and quality assurance. The responsibility involves direct contact with the client on behalf of the team and the company; hence professional conduct and pleasantness in personality is vital.
The work practices followed at Mazarin are in line with Agile Software Development, and you would possess good communication skills and work closely with our clients. Experience in working with people from different countries and an inbuilt sense of cultural empathy would be a definite advantage.
