BSS Engineer
Job Profile:
• Be responsible for implementation of BSS network.
• Handle operations and maintenance of BSS network systems to ensure the error free system operation.
• Ability to handle faults, escalation and liaising with vendor support for resolution.
• Managing systems configurations and upgrades.
• Ability to work with field staff on BTS integration in order to resolve system problems.
• Be able to trouble shoot customer related issues in order to maintain customer satisfaction whilst creating awareness.
• Conduct node audits and analyze the BSS element network reports to take preventive actions.
• Develop tit maintain new ideas and tools to enhance the productivity.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Candidate should hold a BSc Engineering (Electronic & Telecommunications) or equivalent qualification in Engineering.
• In-depth working knowledge in Mobile access networks.
• Minimum of 2 years industry experience for operation and maintenance of BSS network
• Hands on experience in Huawei, Ericsson or ZTE BSS nodes are compulsory.
• Sound knowledge of mobile systems, network and software skills.
• Experience in vendor management and coordination in multivendor environment.
• Be highly organized, proactive and energetic with a positive attitude.
• Be a team player and be able to interact with staff at all levels.
