Our client is a dynamic and innovative company that serves the renewable energy sector of Sri Lanka, with ambitious plans to expand into overseas markets. They currently cater to both the Commercial and Domestic markets providing Rooftop Solar Energy engineering, procurement, and commissioning services. With over 8 years of experience and over 25 MW installed for satisfied clients, the company continues to grow, while contributing with long-term, sustainable solutions to the Solar Energy space in the country.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Providing all necessary financial reports and advice to develop strategies for sustaining and growing the business
• Negotiating banking facilities as well as playing a lead role in tax preparation, auditing, and other financial activities
• Track the company’s financial status and performance to identify areas of risk and potential areas for improvement
• Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures of the company, in adherence with statutory regulations and legislation
• Coordinate certain administrative functions
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
• A Chartered Accountant with a minimum of one year experience in a similar capacity
• Progressive experience working with Tally system would be a definite advantage
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal as well as attention to detail with multi-tasking abilities
• Leadership experience in heading a team and working with any ERP systems, would be an added advantage
