Accounts Executive (Male)

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
– Preparing of management reports
– Monthly general ledger reconciliations including bank reconciliations
– Handling the invoices, payments and petty cash processes
– Working with spreadsheets, accounting systems, ledgers and journals
– Ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness of transaction processed
– Recording and filing documentations
– Liaising with third party providers, customers and suppliers
– Assisting company accountant in the mouth end reporting and budgeting
– Undertake any other relevant duties as directed by the Head of Department
Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required
– CASL part qualified or AAT fully qualified
– minimum of 3 years working experience in accounting and finance field
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– An analytical approach to work
– Strong attention to detail and an investigative nature
– Sound technical skills and computer literacy in MS office packages, spreadsheets
– Problem-solving skills and initiative
– Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize
