Accounts Assistant

Job Description:
– Handling payments and petty cash.
– Preparation of daily payment vouchers.
– Preparation of Invoices and Receipts.
– Assist in preparation of monthly quarterly, annual accounts, and management reports.
– Data Entering to the CRM system.
– Bank Reconciliation.

Qualifications and Requirements:
– G.C.E Advanced Level in commerce stream.
– Excellent writing and oral communication skills in English.
– Fair knowledge of MS office and Email
– Able to work independently with ability to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
– Ability to collaborate & work effectively with the team.
– Age below 25 years.
