Back to Front Lanka is part of an Australian company that provides advice to small-medium Australian businesses ranging from business accounting, budgeting & management reporting, business planning, cash-flow management, general business advice and bookkeeping.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic graduate accountant who wants to commit to a future in this fast-growing business and to help grow an office in Sri Lanka. Some of your responsibilities will include:
– Accounting support for a range of small businesses (AP, AR & Payroll)
– Preparation of business activity statements (BAS) and Profit & Loss reports
– Balance sheet reconciliations
– Exposure to business budgets and management reporting
– Other general analysis and work that supports the consulting advice provided by the business
Required Skills and Experience:
– Tertiary qualification in Accounting
– Good understanding of basic accounting principles
– Intermediate excel skills
– Ability to work within a small team as well as autonomously
– Thorough approach and good attention to detail
– Highly organised
– Solid communication and relationship management skills
