Lex Duco is a forefront turnkey building solution provider to upmarket Clientele. Key features of the product which are empowered by Pre-Programmed Operational Procedures (PPOPs) are “Design to Cost”, “Lump sum Fixed price Contract sum”, “Triple quality Check (TQC)” and “Quality Ensuring System” (QES).
Now, we are looking for new talents to join us, 3D Designer
Requirements:
– Knowledge Of Computer design programs most commonly used, such as Vray, Flash and 3D imaging, 3D max
– Broad familiarity with art as a whole and an understanding of movement
– Ability to produce a portfolio of past projects
– Manual dexterity and good colour vision
– Creative thinking skills
– Ability to work well as a part of a team and as an individual
– Creating sufficient products to deal with customer demand and managing stock control effectively
– Creativity, imagination and lots of unique ideas
– Excellent communication, numerical, IT and organizational skills
– Attention to detail, perseverance and determination
– Willingness to work hard on your own for long periods, often to tight deadlines
– An understanding of materials and how things are put together
– Strong understanding of architectural drawing and given details from architect
