Head Of Human Resources
The ideal candidate will be a senior HR professional with demonstrable track record in managing Human
Resources of a recognized Manufacturing and / or service sector organization either in Sri Lanka or overseas with well developed skills to give leadership to Human Resources Department.
He /She should possess a Degree in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Masters or post graduate qualifications will be an added advantage.
The applicant will be responsible for all Human Resources related functions including Recruitment, formulating & implementing HR policies/procedures, define corporate HR strategies, employment branding, setting and monitoring KPl’s, competency mapping, performance evaluation and appraisals, succession planning, strategic HR management, employee development and employee relations.
The candidate is required to be articulate analytical and decisive with excellent communication skills in English, Sinhala and/or Tamil and be computer literate.
Strong leadership and presentation skills a must. A minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar
capacity.
Age below 45 years.
Head Of Finance
This is a Senior management position where we seek the services of an experienced candidate possessing from a financial background exceptional management skills together with an array of the following attributes.
He/She Should demonstrate leadership skills.
Previous hands on experience in controlling and overlooking the entire function of a fully fledged finance division in a highly computerized environment.
He / She should be a member of a recognized Accounting body (ICASL/CIMA/ACCA).
At least 5 years post qualification experience in a similar capacity in a reputable commercial organization preferably with exposure in the manufacturing / retail sector.
Age below 45 years.
Project Manager
The ideal candidate will have a professional qualification in Project management coupled with a Degree in
Engineering or Architecture or NDT in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification with a minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant in a similar capacity.
The selected candidate will be responsible for timely completion of projects inter alia.
He /She should keep a track of all ongoing projects & regularly review the progress of new projects &
refurbishments undertaken.
Preference would be given to those who have prior exposure into retail / Fashion Clothing industry.
He / She shall perform construction site visits and observations and preparing related reports,
Project invoice review, Maintaining and creating project records inter alia..
Preferred age below 35 years.
Advertising and Promotions Manager / Executive
The ideal candidate will be a result oriented individual with at least 3 years relevant work experience in a managerial capacity, preferably from an Advertising Agency or Creative/Media outfit.
He / She shall direct the team in effectively advertising through above and below-the-line communications campaign to strengthen brand image, identity and awareness.
Shall provide creative direction and project management on promotional and branding activities, including product launches, PR, media and industry relations, as well as corporate
communications.
Has excellent communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills, preferably with
strong background in copywriting.
Should be Creative, tasteful and with keen eye for details.
He / She will have full! part professional qualification in CIM or SLIM or equivalent.
Preferred age below 35 years.
