JITI is a newly established company under Tissa Jinasena Group of companies for Engineering Innovation and Vocational Training. The main focus of this company is the development of Technologies and Technologists for a sustainable world. We are in the process of setting up a modern teaching factory at Ekala, Ja-ela.
We are looking for a capable Training Manager for this Training Centre. The ideal candidate will have high respect for human values and be able mould rural youth to be World Class Technicians and Technologist processing excellent technical skills as well as well-rounded and balanced personalities.
Education and Experience:
• A graduate or Diplomat with experience in Vocational Training, preferably abroad, specializing in the Engineering, Electronics and Automation fields
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• An excellent ability to understand students from rural areas
• Leadership and Team building Skills
• The ability to guide an institution according to Vision of the Leaders
• Ability to develop higher human values amongst the trainees
• High Self-Disciple and Motivation
