Our client is a well-established software development company located in Colombo looking for suitable candidates for following positions:

Specialist – HR

Skills Required:

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to effectively communicate & negotiate
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business/HR or other relevant professional qualifications

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the HR field
• Minimum 1 year experience in HR within software industry

Executive Administration

Skills Required:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and negotiation skills

Qualifications:

Relevant professional qualifications

Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience handling;

* All general administration related activities such as purchasing and maintaining stationery, toiletries and pantry items
* Update and monitor annual budgetary requirements for general admin, stationery and computer consumables
* Coordination and monitoring of access control system of the employees
* Constructions and renovation activities including furniture and fixtures
* Coordination of staff overseas travel related matters
