Showroom Sales Assistant (Colombo)

This position will be accountable for assisting showroom customers by increasing showroom sales whilst delivering a best level of customer satisfaction and relationship building with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
– Meeting and greeting the walk-in customers & find out their needs to complete a sale.
– Generate sales leads by demonstrating products and explaining them to walk-in clients.
– Delivering superior customer service to the clients in order to fulfill customer requirements.
– Handling Customer Queries and getting them resolved on timely basis.
– Demonstrating success in meeting showroom sales goals and growing sales.
– Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
Key Requirements:
– Passed GCE Advance Level.
– Minimum One year experience; preferably in a sales or showroom role.
Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
– A passion for customer service and ability to make important decisions when needed.
