Position Overview:
We are currently recruiting reliable, professional, sales minded individuals who are great on the phone to join our growing inbound and outbound telesales team. The successful candidates will possess outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a mini-mum, 3 years of Telesales experience, coupled with a true passion for delivering extraordinary customer service, across two continents.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Requirements listed below are a representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities necessary to perform these duties successfully.
• Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional listening and relationship building skills
• Effective and accurate decision-making skills
• Basic Computer Knowledge
• Strong rebuttal skills and ability to think on your feet to overcome objections
• Working in flexible shifts
• Good attitude and a positive mindset
Qualifications:
• Minimum GCSE A/Ls. ( BA/ BS degree or a partial qualification in CIM will be an absolute advantage.)
• Or minimum 3 years of extensive Telesales Experience would be considered.
Remuneration Package:
• Starting from Rs 50,000 + an attractive commission, depending on experience.
