A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting from a recognized University Fully qualified in Chartered Accountancy Minimum experience of Eight (08) years with at least Five (05) years of hands-on experience as an Accountant at a reputed organization Real estate or construction industry experience would be an added advantage Enthusiastic team player with ability to work with tight deadlines Effective communication, negotiation and public relation skills and ability to liaise with Banks and other Financial Institutions Ability to work long hours under pressure Male candidates below 40 years will be preferred High preference for those who could join immediately
