Reservations Executive
The Reservations Executive will be involved in handling Room Reservations and maintaining all records pertaining to reservations electronically.
He / she will handle all queries for rooms and strive to convert each query into a sale, thereby maximizing Room Occupancy and Room Revenue.
The ideal candidate for this position should:
– Have at least 2 years experience in a similar capacity in a star class Hotel.
– Have excellent Public Relations skills.
– Be able to communicate effectively in English.
– Be computer literate and be accurate and methodical.
– Committed to provide superior service and create a positive image of the Mount Lavinia Hotel.
