Immediate vacancies exist for the following:
Production Manager-Head Office
Qualifications:
* Education & Professional Qualification from a recognized Institution.
* 5 plus years of experience in a high production & fast moving environment.
* High energy level required.
* Male Candidates are welcome who is in between 28-40 age limit
* Good Knowledge about ERP Systems, Computer Office Packages, Internet & Email are required.
* Strong leadership skills, independent thinking, strong organizational and planning abilities and Excellent analytical and problem solving skills are essential.
You are Required to:
* Should be able to overlook Production Operation at the same time including planning and organizing production schedules, organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production in Head Office Kitchen
* Ensure planned KPI’s of efficiency and performance are met or exceeded.
* Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
* Ensuring that health and safety & Hygiene guidelines are followed.
* Maximize production via correct labor utilization.
* Quality checking, control documentation & monitor Cleaning, Cutting, Packaging & transportation of vegetables, Meat Items etc.
* Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices.
