Vacancies exist for the following positions:
Post of Project Monitoring Officer (contract basis)
The ideal candidate should possess:-
– Minimum qualifications: Diploma in Social Development or a related field.
– Minimum of 3 years exposure in the field of Program monitoring & evaluation
– A Comprehensive working knowledge of MS Office
– Communication Skills in English, Sinhala and Tamil a must.
– Be a team player with excellent self management skills
– Experience in the NGO sector considered an advantage
– Be not above 35 years.
Key Responsibilities:-
– Assist the National Program Manager in program monitoring and evaluation, prepare monthly and quarterly reports, attending to field visits and preparing visit reports, liaison with field officers and coordination of various projects as assigned.
Remuneration: Package will be in par with industry standards.
