Network System Administrator and Web / Graphic Designer (Sri Lanka)

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
– Provide IT technical support on networks, sewers and websites in LAN, WAN networks
– Install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade and maintain servers, routers, switches, firewalls and other network devices
– Perform web/graphic design and prototypes for websites
– Develop and maintain web pages using ASP, ASP Dot Net, Javascript, HTML
– Monitor and ensure IT policies and procedures are adhered concerning network and server operations
– Plan, coordinate and perform maintenance activities, upgrades and patches and backup/restore of servers and network devices
– Manage vendors regarding sourcing, maintenance and upgrades of servers and network devices
– Perform network capacity planning and performance tuning of servers and networks
– Provide support for daily operational activities and troubleshooting of reported IT issues
– Monitor IT system and network performance
– Prepare documentations of technical support and maintenance
Requirements:
– Degree and above in Infonnation Technology/Computer Engineering
– Minimum 5 years of working experience in supporting sewers, network devices, web design, ASP, ASP .NET, Javascript, HTML
– Experience in managing LAN and WAN infrastructure setup
– CCNA certified will be an advantage
– Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in networking websites
