Crystal Martin Group is a leading Garment Manufacturer having factories in Katunayake, Wathupitiwala zones, Kandy (Galagedara) and Dambulla, seeks dynamic, energetic and self motivated individuals with exceptional skills for the position of Merchandisers.
Merchandisers
If you are energetic and creative. with the ability to Work independently and make effective decisions, then you might be the candidate for us. This is a fast paced, demanding role, working with buyers directly, so good verbal and written communication skills are essential. Good planning skills and attention to detail is required. The successful applicants should have excellent knowledge with at least 1 year experience in fabric merchandising. They should have the ability to work with numerous suppliers both local and foreign. They should understand both development and production critical paths and have the ability to react quickly to changes. Raw material inventory and delivery management will play a critical part of the role.
