Marketing Trainee / Executive
Job Description:
* Promote product portfolios of the bank, to potential clients and increase sales
* Follow-up with potential clients
* Developing marketing campaigns to promote the products and services
* Maintaining and updating the client portfolios
* Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting with particular reference to pricing, presentation and promotion for each conference and exhibition
Requirements:
* A degree in Marketing would be preferable
* Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
* Understanding and analysing the product market
Recovery Officer
Job Description
* Responsible for communicating between internal and external stakeholders
* Recording and reporting accurate information
* Handle customer inquiries and payment collections
* Ensure the Group’s income is maximized whilst achieving the social objectives
Requirements:
* Minimum Qualification : G.C.E A/L
* The candidate should possess a valid driving license
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Candidates conversant in English, Sinhala and Tamil are preferable
* Candidates with no prior work experience are encouraged to apply
Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
* Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media
* Provide assistance and advise on customer queries
* Ensures and provide quality service to customers
* Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customer queries
Requirements:
* Candidates with no prior work experience are encouraged to apply
* Minimum Qualification : G.C.E A/L
* Candidates conversant in English, Sinhala and Tamil are preferable
