We are a CIDA – C1 graded company engaged in Public & Private sector Mega Construction Projects island-wide. Presently we are looking for committed, energetic and self-motivated candidate with positive attitudes to fill the following vacancies in our Head Office.
Human Resources and Administration Officer
Qualifications, Experience and Personal Traits:
• Diploma Level qualifications in HR Management & Administration Over 2 years’ experience in HR Management & Administration functions inclusive of handling attendance and payroll functions in a reputed Construction Company.
• Flexible, innovative and people oriented.
Human Resources and Administration Clerk
Qualifications, Experience and Personal Traits:
• Certificate Level qualifications in HR Management & Administration
• Over 2 years’ experience in assisting HR Management & Administration functions inclusive of handling attendance and payroll functions in a reputed Construction Company.
• Ability to coordinate with admin staff in sites efficiently to obtain data related to attendance and payroll.
Accounts Clerk
Qualifications, Experience and Personal Traits:
• AAT finalist or CA intermediate level
• Over 2 years’ experience in an Accounts Division of a reputed Construction Company.
• Ability to coordinate with Accounts staff in construction sites efficiently for controlling and reconciling site accounts.
We are looking for candidates having ability to work under pressure for long hours, as and when necessary. Proficiency in using MS Word and Excel packages is essential. Good written and aural communication skills in English would be an added advantage.
