One of our clients Located in Colombo 01 is looking for a committed individual to fill the above vacancy.
Job Role Be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the HRIS and ensure the employees are trained on the system.
Ideal Candidate
• 03+ years of experience in HR and must have exposure in handling HRIS. If you have been a member of a HRIS implementation team it would be a definite advantage.
• Degree or full/part professional qualification in HR or Management.
• Exposure to HR rules & regulations and statutory requirements
• Good peoples skills
• Excellent communication skills in both Sinhala and English
• Outstanding presentation skills. Attractive remuneration package is on offer for the ideal candidate
