We are seeking an experienced General Manager – Construction for our client companyThe successful candidate will oversee all project portfolios, ensure operational excellence, drive business development, and deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Requirement
Minimum 10 years’ and above experience in road construction, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale road or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, industry regulations, and quality systems.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Budgeting, financial management, and contract administration experience.
