Executive / Senior Executive Procurement (Food & Beverages)

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
– Purchasing documentation and records keeping
– Purchasing materials for Export and Local Sate orders
– Purchasing materials for intercompany / department requirements
– Update purchase Order in ERP System
– Follows up on orders.
– Communicate & negotiate with Suppliers.
– Correspond with vendors regarding prices, product availability, and delivery
– Researching potential vendors
– Monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs
– Evaluate offers from vendars and negotiate better prices
– Data analysis and reporting
Requirements
– Related professional qualification
– Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in FMCG/Food & Beverages
– Good communication and IT skills
– Negotiation skills
Total Package: LKR 100,000/- – LKR 150,000/- (Negotiable)
