Executive Officer – Human Resource Management
Job Profile:
– Coordinate matters relating to Talent Management within the Bank.
– Analyse and evaluate the investments relating to Human Capital of the Bank.
– Ability to coordinate special projects, in the function of Human Resource Management.
Applicant’s Profile:
– The applicant should have a Degree from a reputed University in HRMI Finance / Management or passed finalist of CIMA who wishes to persue a career in Human Resource Management.
– Should possess sound leadership attributes and have excellent communication skills in English.
– Ability to liaise and maintain excellent relations with all business units of the Bank.
– Previous working experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage.
