Our modern factory in Ratmalana is ISO 22000 certified and has a production facility to manufacture & operate Softgel Encapsulation, Hardgel Encapsulation, Liquid Filling, Tablets, Cream Filling, extraction of Essential Oils, Cold Pressed Oils, Herbal Extracts and Food Processing. Our Expansion has created a vacancy for a young dynamic team player with strong leadership skills who has the desire to grow in a rapidly progressing organization. Currently, we are seeking a suitable individual to be based at our Ratmalana Factory/Office complex and join us in the role of:
Executive – Lab & Quality Analyze
Requirements:
• Possess a Degree in Chemistry
• Excellent interpersonal communication and problem solving skills
• Team work and working collaboratively with cross-functional departments
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Computer literacy
• Age between 27 – 35
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure analysis carried out according to validated methods and with standard reagents.
2. Calibration of Laboratory Instruments and Glassware.
3. Maintaining of Laboratory chemicals, glassware and instruments inventory.
4. Preparation of Certificates of Analysis and release of raw materials & finished products.
5. Preparation of Finished Product Specifications for all products.
6. Monitor the work plans of subordinates.
7. Subordinates training
8. Conducting inter laboratory testing with external bodies eg; SLSI, ITI, SGS and others.
9. Arranging samples for external testing.
10. Participating Proficiency testing with SLATL.
11. Preparation of Laboratory SOPs, In House test method SOPs, Working Instructions for test methods and instruments handling.
12. Maintain Good laboratory practices and Lab safety.
