Our client in the Hospitality Industry is looking to hire the following candidates:
Executive Housekeeper
Job Description:
* Deliver excellent customer service at all times
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all back-of-house areas and customer areas
* Create and work to daily job lists from the room status list, arrivals and departures list
* Maintain the stocking levels of all point-of-sales and consumables
* Report any security issues to line manager
* Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and workbooks
* Be involved and contribute at team meetings.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity in a star class hotel
* Must be able to communicate clearly with managers and other personnel
* Proficiency in English and Sinhala is compulsory
* Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
SPA Manager
Job Description:
* Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain good relationships
* Responsible for the day-to-day operations of health or beauty spas
* Manage the spas’finances, employees and services
* Manage Inventory effectively and ensure the equipment are managed in a good working order
* Develop new plans to increase the quality of day to day services
* Develop and maintain a Spa Procedure Manual
Requirements:
* Over 7 years of experience in the Hospitality / Spa Treatment Trade
* Training in different types of massages and beauty treatments may be preferred
* Professional skill certification obtained from any recognized institution of Spa Therapy/Treatment
* Experience in recordkeeping, maintaining stock inventories and payroll management
