Director – HR
Skills Required:
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Excellent leadership, managerial and administrative skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate
• Ability to make and deliver effective presentations
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills
Qualifications:
• Degree in Business/HR or other relevant field from a reputed University.
Experience:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the HR field and at least 4 years in a management role
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in HR within software industry
