Customer Relations
Candidate must be comfortable in a challenging, fast-paced, collaborative environment with a young, energetic team committed to driving a great business. This role provides the opportunity for performers to progress quickly within the organisation.
Qualification:
• Age 21 – 40
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – essential
• Competency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
• Minimum 2 years work experience (work experience in a large PLC, MNC foreign bank or similar preferred)
Softs Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective problem solving skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to build strong client relationship
Job Role:
• Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
