Job Responsibilities:
• Handling customer enquiries
• Providing product and service information
• Resolving customer problems and complaints
• Maintaining customer records
• Generating sales leads
• Contributing to the overall team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Profile:
> Diploma / Higher Diploma (Management / Marketing preferred)
> Excellent telephone etiquette, the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
> Excellent familiarity with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
> Excellent written and spoken English
> Work experience in customer service and telephone sales would be an added advantage
Salary: Very competitive – also depends on experience
