Our Client is one of the Multi-National Pharmaceutical, Surgical and Diagnostic: manufacturing Companies.
We are looking a high level of business acumen with a strategic approach to plan, develop and responsible to maintain market superiority and increase sales volume and market share in a profitable manner whilst sustaining highest standards of business ethics, integrity and compliance.
Candidates Requirements
• Age between 35-45 Candidate.
• Professional qualifications in Marketing from CIM/SLIM or any other suitable qualification.
• Minimum 04 years’ experience in the relevant capacity and over 10 years’ experience in the Healthcare Industry.
• Overall responsibility of medical marketing and preparation of promotional strategies/plans.
• Ensure achievement of sales budget and growth and gaining market share in a profitable manner for the Agency.
• Analyze, plan, and develop strategies towards growth of the Agency while gaining market share.
• Supervising, monitoring, and coaching of team regularly towards effective execution of detailing strategies.
• Interact with Principals for the purpose of sales, promotional support, reports, stocks and regulation (new products) etc….
• Identify and conduct product and skills training, required for the team members the Healthcare Industry.
• Selected Candidate must hold a Driving License/Riders License.
The successful candidate would be offered with a competitive remuneration package based on qualification and working experience.
