Assistant Sales Manager (Two vacancies open for this role)
Candidate must be comfortable in a challenging, fast-paced, collaborative environment with a young, energetic team committed to driving a great business.
Qualification:
• Age 22 to 32
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – essential
• Competency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
• Minimum 3 years work experience (work experience in a large PLC, MNC foriegn bank or similar preferred)
Softs Skills:
• Ability to build strong client relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task
• Effective problem solving skills
• Strong presentation skills
Job Role:
• Handling high value Real Estate transactions
• Meeting prospective buyers and sellers engaging
• Negotiating and closing transactions
• Fostering and maintaining client relationships Prior experience in Real Estate sales IS NOT required, on the job training will be provided.
