With an overall presence of six years in the Sri lankan business context we are currently seeking a competent, charismatic, self-motivated and dynamic individual for the above positions.
The ideal candidate should posses:
– A degree in Business Administration from a reputed University.MBA will be and added advantage.
– Prior work experience as a Manager preferable in any BPO or similar organization will be advantageous.
– The ability to grasp complex structure and business issues.
– Time management skills with the ability to work with tight deadlines.
– Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
– The capability to provide support, motivation and assistance to the production team in the delivery of timely and accurate output based on the client requirements.
– Good client focus with prompt coordination over email or phone based on the requirement.
