Airport Representative (Sri Lanka)

Our client is a leading group of companies in the hospitality industry in Sri Lanka.
The Individual:
– Excellent communication skills in English
– Candidate should possess excellent customer service skills
– Previous experience in a similar position will be an added advantage
– Preferably someone living close to the airport
Job Role:
– Greet and welcome guests
– Coordinate with hotels, chauffeurs and guides
– Maintain a good relationship with the immigration authorities and the airport personnel
– Collection of payments and communicating same to the accounts
– Working with the operations department when there are no arrivals or departures.
Personal Attributes and skills:
– Good Communication Skills
– Ability to work as a team
