A leading Medical Services Heathcare Company having it’s Head Office overseas, will be opening a new Centre in Sri Lanka to conduct Medical Tests, Vaccinations etc.. They require the above Vacancy to be filled shortly.
Responsibilities
– To be in charge of the finance and accounts function of the Visa Medical Centre. Maintaining fixed asset ledgers, researching and compiling financial reports, reconciling bank statements, coordinating check disbursement and organising necessary hospital documentation including submission of all regulatory documents etc..
– Preparation of Periodic Finance Reports and Inventory Reports
– Detailed analysis and presentation of findings to the Centre Manager/Head of Finance/Regional Manager
– Handling Petty Cash for the Centre as per the Finance Process
Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements
– Bachelor’s/Masters Degree in Accounting & Finance with a minimum of 03 years experience in a similar function
– Sound functional knowledge of accounting system (preferably Oracle)
– Mandatory experience in a similar role preferably in Hospitals/Large Clinics
– Independent, proactive and willing to work with minimum supervision
– Proficiency in MS Office
– Fluency in written and spoken English
Salary package
– Between Rs. 50,000/= – Rs. 60,000/= per month
