System Support Engineer

Roles and responsibilities:
– Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system related matters.
– Provide required hardware / software solutions on time and timely maintenance of hardware / software components.
– Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology, hardware, software and resources.
– Research potential resources and services to enhance efficiency of current IT system.
Experience, qualifications & skills:
– Diploma in computer studies / computer hardware technology or equivalent
– Experience ina similar capacity would be an added advantage
– High level of professionalism, reliability and integrity
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and take challenges with a positive attitude
– Willingness to work on roster basis (24*7 operation)
