Job Description:

Title: Sr. Executive Administration and Accounts
Department: Administration
Location: Colombo
Report to: Managing Director

Duties & Responsibilities:

HR Admin

* Attendance and leave applications
* New employees joining formalities & departing employees formalities
* Employee medical and personal insurance (new employees, claims, etc.)
* PF/TF/PAYE declarations

Expats

* Housing for new expats: search, lease agreements, brokerage
* Housing furnishing & maintenance
* Processing visas (in coordination with client office)

Office Administration

* Stationary, office supplies, Utilities and Couriers
* IT purchases & maintenance (in coordination with HO)

Accounts

* Processing the expenses claims/payment vouchers
* Handling petty cash
* Bank coordination
* Coordination with CA for preparation of payroll

Experience: 4-8 years

Education & skills required

* Degree qualification in Business Administration.
* Advanced written and spoken communication skills.
* Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office Skills required
